Cardio Clear 7 Complaints: 5 Concerns Checked Against the Record
This site publishes no complaint records, and we did not check outside complaint sites for you. What we can do is test the concerns a careful buyer would raise against the published record: an unnamed maker, no lab report, stretched ad claims, return postage and a phone desk that may not see store orders.

02Short answer
What are the complaints about Cardio Clear 7?
We cannot list real complaints, because we do not hold any verified ones. This site shows no star rating, no review count and no complaint log. It would be wrong to invent a list.
What we can do is something more useful. We took the five concerns that a careful buyer is most likely to raise about a heart supplement sold with direct-response ads. Then we checked each against the facts that are published.
Some concerns hold up. Some do not. All of them have a next step.
03Five concerns
Which five concerns hold up, and which do not?
| Concern | What the record shows | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| The maker is hidden | Simple Promise is the brand. The factory is not named on the bottle images or the store listing | Holds up |
| No lab proof | Lot and CoA codes are seller references. No lab report is published | Holds up |
| Ads promise too much | A 3X badge names no comparison, and store wording on cholesterol and blood pressure has no trial behind it | Holds up |
| Returns cost money | The buyer pays return postage. Product price is refunded in full | Partly true |
| Nobody answers | A store contact page and an order desk exist. The desk may not see store orders | Needs care |
None of this proves the capsule is poor. It means the record has gaps, and a careful buyer is right to notice them.
04Maker and lab
Why do the unnamed maker and the missing lab report matter?
Because a badge is a claim, and a lab report is a test. Eleven brand badges appear, including GMP, FDA registered facility and Made in USA. None names a certifier, a plant or an audit date (FDA - Registration is not approval).
Shilajit raises the stakes. Ayurvedic products can pick up heavy metals. A JAMA study found lead, mercury or arsenic in 20.7% of 193 products sold online (Saper 2008 JAMA - Ayurvedic metals). ConsumerLab tested 8 shilajit supplements in 2024, and none was above its heavy-metal levels of concern (ConsumerLab 2024 - shilajit tests). Cardio Clear 7 was not part of that test.
What you can do: ask the store, through its contact page, for a certificate of analysis that matches the lot on your bottle. A good answer would name the lab, the tests and the date.
05Ad claims
Are the complaints about the ads fair?
Mostly yes. The store copy talks about regulating cholesterol and normalizing blood pressure, yet our sources show no cholesterol effect for CoQ10 and no trial of this product. In our reading, such wording looks like a disease claim, though FDA has not ruled on it (21 CFR 101.93 - Supplement statements).
Three more items fall short as well. The 3X badge compares nothing. Report covers carry value tags such as $47 and $97, but the store page lists no bonuses. A $40 off graphic hides its code.
Only two claims, both with the FDA asterisk: Supports a Healthy Heart and Helps Maintain Healthy Cellular Energy. They are the fair yardstick.

Want the facts before you decide? The official store lists the amounts, the price and the guarantee. Ask it for a lab report if purity matters to you.

06Returns
Is it a fair complaint that you pay to return the bottles?
It is a real cost, though it does not make the refund fake. The store accepts bottles even when empty, and the refund covers the product price. You pay the postage to send them back.
Find your order ID
It is in the store's confirmation email. Check spam if you cannot see it.
Contact the store first
Use its contact page, or call +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask whether the desk can see your order.
Mail every bottle with tracking
Send the box to 712 Fifth Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10019, with your full name, email and order ID tucked inside.
Wait for the credit
Expect the refund 3-5 business days after the bottles are credited, then 5-10 days on your card.
Do not send bottles to the Hudson Square office. It handles letters, not parcels.
07Contact
Who should you contact if your Cardio Clear 7 order goes wrong?
| Problem | Contact |
|---|---|
| Order, tracking or refund on a store order | The Simple Promise store contact page, or the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 |
| A page on this website, a typo or privacy | [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET |
| An Amazon order | Amazon, under its own return rules |
| A reaction or health worry | Your doctor or pharmacist |
The order desk is the BuyGoods default desk, and it may not see orders placed on the Simple Promise store. Ask first. If an order never arrives, a card payment gives you a dispute route with your bank.
08Side effects
What if the complaint is about how the capsule made you feel?
If a side effect lingers or worries you, stop and call your doctor. CoQ10 can cause mild stomach upset, trouble sleeping, dizziness, headache or rash in some people (Mayo Clinic - Coenzyme Q10).
Keep the bottles, because they count for a refund. Call 911 for chest pressure, a cold sweat or pain spreading to the jaw or arm. A supplement page cannot help in that moment. Whatever you decide about this capsule, your regular medicines stay exactly as prescribed.

11Bottom line
Our view
A fair page about complaints does not need a long list of angry quotes. It needs a clear look at what the record can and cannot support.
Our view is that the concerns about the maker, the lab report and the ad claims are fair. The concern about refunds is partly fair, since the postage is yours. The concern that nobody answers is manageable if you know which desk to call.
Keep your order email, screenshot the guarantee terms on the day you buy and ask the store the hard questions. Cardio Clear 7 is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is.
