Cardio Clear 7 Ingredients: 100 mg, 80 mg and 10 mg
Each Cardio Clear 7 capsule lists 100 mg of CoQ10, 80 mg of shilajit extract and 10 mg of PQQ, which is 190 mg of actives. Five other ingredients make the plant capsule and help it fill. The amounts come from the store listing, so read the Supplement Facts panel on your own bottle.

01At a glance
Key facts
- Per capsule: CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10) 100 mg, shilajit extract 80 mg, PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt) 10 mg.
- The three actives add up to 190 mg a capsule. A bottle holds 30 capsules.
- Other ingredients: cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (the capsule), vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
- No Supplement Facts panel image was supplied, so the amounts come from the official store listing.
- None of the three actives has an FDA Daily Value, so no percentage is printed.
- Not published: the manufacturer, a lab report, the shilajit standard and an allergen statement.
02Bottle front
What is printed on the front of a Cardio Clear 7 bottle?
Start with what you can see. The bottle is white with a navy band and a yellow-orange sunburst. The sunburst reads SIMPLE PROMISE and WE FOLLOW THE SCIENCE.
Below that comes the name, CARDIOCLEAR7 with a registered mark. Then the words Dietary Supplement, and a count: 30 CAPSULES and 30 Day Supply.
Two claims sit on the front, each with an asterisk: Supports a Healthy Heart* and Helps Maintain Healthy Cellular Energy*. The asterisk points to the required line that says the FDA has not evaluated these statements (21 CFR 101.93 - Supplement statements).
The back or side holds the Supplement Facts panel. We were not given a photo of it. So every amount in this post comes from the official store listing (Simple Promise store listing). Your bottle is the final word.
03The amounts
How much of each ingredient is in one capsule and one bottle?
| Ingredient | Per capsule | Per bottle (30 capsules) | Daily Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10) | 100 mg | 3,000 mg | None set |
| Shilajit extract | 80 mg | 2,400 mg | None set |
| PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt) | 10 mg | 300 mg | None set |
| Other ingredients | Not listed by weight | Not listed by weight | Not applicable |
Add the three actives and you get 190 mg a capsule. The rest of the capsule is shell and processing aids. Because none of the three actives has a Daily Value, a percentage would mean nothing, and the table shows none.
04Study doses
How do 100 mg, 80 mg and 10 mg compare with the doses in studies?
Studies of single ingredients give a yardstick. None of them tested this capsule, so treat the comparison as context, not a verdict.
| Ingredient | In one capsule | Dose in research | How they compare |
|---|---|---|---|
| CoQ10 | 100 mg | 100-200 mg a day in blood pressure trials; 300 mg a day in Q-SYMBIO | Low end of the first range; a third of the second |
| Shilajit extract | 80 mg | 250-500 mg a day in small human trials | Under a third of the lowest dose (32%) |
| PQQ | 10 mg | 20 mg a day in one 12-week memory trial | Half the trial dose (50%) |
The CoQ10 figures come from a 2022 review and a heart failure trial (Zhao 2022 - CoQ10 BP dose-response) (Q-SYMBIO trial - JACC HF 2014). The shilajit trials used a branded purified extract (Keller 2019 - shilajit strength RCT). The PQQ trial tested memory, not the heart (Food Funct 2023 - PQQ 20 mg trial).

05Inactive parts
What are the five other ingredients, and why are they there?
They are the plain parts of a capsule. None is listed as an active, and the store gives no weight for any of them.
| Ingredient | What it is | Usual job |
|---|---|---|
| Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose | Plant cellulose shaped into a shell, often called HPMC | The capsule itself, used instead of gelatin |
| Cellulose | Plant fiber | Filler that keeps each capsule an even size |
| Vegetable stearic acid | A fatty acid from plant oils | Helps powder slide through machines |
| Vegetable magnesium stearate | A magnesium salt of stearic acid | Flow aid for even filling |
| Silicon dioxide | A form of silica | Keeps powder from clumping |
These are common in tablets and capsules. We found no evidence in our sources that they change how CoQ10 works at capsule amounts.
06Diet and allergies
Is the capsule vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free?
The shell is plant cellulose, and both stearates are listed as vegetable. The brand images carry badges for Vegetarian, Naturally Gluten Free, Dairy Free and GMO Free.
A badge is the brand describing itself. None of these badges names a test or a certifier. If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, do not rely on a badge alone. Ask the store in writing about shared equipment before you order.
The store names no allergens. That is a gap, not a promise that none exist.
07What is missing
What does the Cardio Clear 7 label leave out?
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Brand | Simple Promise |
| Manufacturer and facility | Not published |
| Third-party lab report | Not published |
| Heavy metal results for shilajit | Not published |
| Shilajit standard or fulvic acid amount | Not published |
| Lot reference and CoA reference | CAR-26/TH-7656 and CAR-7656-26-TH, seller references only |
| Allergen statement | Not published |
The two codes are numbers the seller uses to track stock. They are not lab results. The shilajit gap matters most. In one 2024 test, a shilajit product held far more fulvic acid than its label suggested (ConsumerLab 2024 - shilajit tests).
08Check your bottle
How do you check your own bottle against these numbers?
Read the panel
Find the Supplement Facts panel and compare it with 100 mg, 80 mg and 10 mg.
Count and seal
The bottle should be sealed and hold 30 capsules.
Find the code
Look on the label or the base for a lot code and a date, and write them down.
Report a mismatch
If anything differs, keep the bottle, take photos and contact the store with your order ID.
The brand photo shows the capsules printed with Co Q10 and the word ubidecarenone. That is the chemical name of ubiquinone, the common form of CoQ10, so a loose capsule is easy to match to the right bottle.

10FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What are the ingredients in Cardio Clear 7?
Each capsule lists CoQ10 100 mg, shilajit extract 80 mg and PQQ 10 mg. The other ingredients are cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
How much CoQ10 is in one Cardio Clear 7 capsule?
The store lists 100 mg per capsule. Blood pressure trials used about 100-200 mg a day, and the heart failure trial Q-SYMBIO used 300 mg a day, so one capsule sits at the low end of the first range.
What form of CoQ10 does Cardio Clear 7 use?
The brand photo shows ubidecarenone printed on the capsules. That is the chemical name of ubiquinone, the common form. The store lists plain CoQ10, so check your bottle.
Does Cardio Clear 7 contain gluten or dairy?
No gluten or dairy source appears in the listed ingredients, and brand badges say gluten free and dairy free. No test or certifier is named, so people with celiac disease should ask the store first.
Where can I read the Supplement Facts panel?
It is on the back or side of the bottle. We were given no image of it, so the amounts here come from the official store listing. Compare the two when your bottle arrives.
Does Cardio Clear 7 contain caffeine or other stimulants?
No stimulant appears in the published ingredients. The listed actives are CoQ10, shilajit extract and PQQ, plus the five capsule ingredients. CoQ10 can disturb sleep in some people, so a morning dose may suit better.
11Bottom line
Our view
The label is easier to read than many heart supplements. Every active has an amount. The other ingredients are named. The shell is plant based.
It is also incomplete in ways you can name. No maker, no lab report, no shilajit standard. The amounts are small next to the study doses for shilajit and PQQ, and the CoQ10 sits at the low end of its range.
So our advice is plain. Read the panel on your bottle, keep the lot code, and show the label to your pharmacist if you take any medicine. Cardio Clear 7 is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is. It is not a treatment for high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease.
