Does Cardio Clear 7 Work? 0 Product Trials, 3 Ingredient Records
Nobody can say yet. No published trial has tested the Cardio Clear 7 capsule, so the honest count of product trials is zero. Research exists for its ingredients alone. CoQ10 shows mixed blood pressure results, while shilajit and PQQ sit below the doses studied. Judge it as a modest, once-a-day supplement.

Key facts
- No published trial has tested the Cardio Clear 7 capsule. The count of product trials is 0.
- A Cochrane review of 2 CoQ10 trials with 50 people found no clinically significant blood pressure effect.
- A 2022 review of 26 trials found systolic pressure about 4.8 mmHg lower, in people with heart or metabolic conditions.
- One capsule holds 100 mg CoQ10. That is the low end of the 100-200 mg blood pressure range and a third of the 300 mg heart-failure dose.
- Shilajit at 80 mg and PQQ at 10 mg are below the doses used in their small human trials.
- The bottle claims are structure and function claims with the FDA asterisk. They are not results.
02Short answer
Does Cardio Clear 7 really work?
The fair answer is unknown. To say a product works, you need a test of that product in people. For Cardio Clear 7 that test has not been published.
What people point to instead is research on single ingredients. That is a different thing. A trial of 300 mg of CoQ10 in heart-failure patients says little about a healthy adult who swallows 100 mg with two small add-ons.
So we split the question in two. What does the research say about each ingredient? And what does the capsule actually give you at its amounts? Both answers are below, with the limits shown.
03CoQ10
What does the research say about 100 mg of CoQ10?
It is mixed, and it depends on the review. A Cochrane review pooled 2 trials with 50 people who had high blood pressure. It found no clinically significant change (Cochrane - CoQ10 and hypertension).
A larger 2022 review pooled 26 trials with 1,831 people who had heart or metabolic conditions. It found systolic pressure about 4.77 mmHg lower and no clear change in the bottom number (Zhao 2022 - CoQ10 BP dose-response). Many of those people also took prescribed medicine.
| Review | People | Top number | Bottom number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cochrane 2016 | 2 trials, 50 people | No clinically significant change | No clinically significant change |
| Zhao 2022 | 26 trials, 1,831 people | About 4.77 mmHg lower | Not significant |
NCCIH says CoQ10 probably has no meaningful effect on blood pressure, and Mayo Clinic says it might help (NCCIH - Coenzyme Q10) (Mayo Clinic - Coenzyme Q10). A drop of 4.8 mmHg is small, and it was measured in groups, not promised to one person.
04Heart failure
Does the Q-SYMBIO heart-failure trial prove Cardio Clear 7 works?
No, and the gap is wide. Q-SYMBIO gave 420 people with chronic heart failure 300 mg of CoQ10 a day for 2 years, on top of their usual care. Major heart events were 15% in the CoQ10 group and 26% in the placebo group (Q-SYMBIO trial - JACC HF 2014).
Look at who was studied. They were patients under a doctor's care, and the dose was three capsules' worth of CoQ10. At 16 weeks, walking distance and symptom class had not changed clearly. Industry helped fund the work (Healio - Q-SYMBIO results report).
A healthy adult on one capsule is outside that picture. Ads that borrow the 15% and 26% figures without these details give a false impression.
05The add-ons
Do the shilajit and PQQ in Cardio Clear 7 change the answer?
They add questions more than answers. The store says shilajit boosts the efficiency of CoQ10. The work behind that idea used rats, four to a group, and test tubes. In the heart, the measured level moved from 35.69 to 36.99 units, which is barely a change (Bhattacharyya 2009 - shilajit and CoQ).
Human shilajit trials used 250-500 mg a day and looked at strength and hormones, never the heart. One capsule holds 80 mg (Keller 2019 - shilajit strength RCT).
PQQ has one human trial we found. It gave 20 mg a day for 12 weeks and tested memory. The maker paid for it. One capsule holds 10 mg, half that amount (Food Funct 2023 - PQQ 20 mg trial).
Put simply, CoQ10 carries the research weight. The add-ons are early-stage ideas at small amounts.

06The ads
Which claims about Cardio Clear 7 should you not rely on?
3X the power
The badge names nothing to compare with, so the number cannot be checked. Kiwi in the same photo is not an ingredient.
Shilajit boosts CoQ10
The idea comes from rats and test tubes. No human study shows it.
Cholesterol and blood pressure wording
Store copy talks about regulating both. No trial backs it, and our sources show no cholesterol effect for CoQ10.
These lines come from ads and store copy. The bottle itself says only that the product supports a healthy heart and cellular energy, with the FDA asterisk. Rely on the bottle, not the banner.
07A fair test
How can you test Cardio Clear 7 for yourself?
Use your own numbers, and use your doctor. A good test is simple and honest.
Write a starting point
Note your blood pressure, any lab results and how you feel before the first capsule.
Take one capsule a day
Follow the directions and keep every prescribed medicine as it is.
Log for 90 days
Record home readings the same way each time, plus energy, sleep and any side effects.
Decide with your doctor
Show the log at day 30 and day 90. If nothing changed, stopping is a reasonable choice.
The store's 365-day money-back guarantee covers returned bottles, and you pay the return postage. A 90-day trial sits well inside that window. A supplement never replaces a prescription, so keep your doses as written.

09FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does Cardio Clear 7 really work?
No published trial has tested the capsule, so nobody can say. Research on its ingredients alone is mixed for CoQ10 and thin for shilajit and PQQ.
Can CoQ10 lower blood pressure?
Reviews disagree. A Cochrane review found no clinically significant effect, and a 2022 review of 26 trials found about 4.8 mmHg lower systolic pressure in people with heart or metabolic conditions.
Is 100 mg of CoQ10 enough to matter?
It is the low end of the 100-200 mg range used in blood pressure trials. It is a third of the 300 mg used in the heart-failure trial. Whether it matters for you is not known.
Does shilajit make CoQ10 work better?
No human study shows it. The claim traces to work in rats and test tubes, and one capsule holds 80 mg, below the 250-500 mg used in small human trials.
Will I feel anything after I start?
A felt change is not guaranteed. Track home readings and how you feel, then go over them with your doctor.
What if it does nothing for me?
You can ask for a refund. The store's 365-day money-back guarantee accepts returned bottles, even empty ones, and you pay the return shipping.
10Bottom line
Our view
Our view is calm and a little cautious. Cardio Clear 7 is a real product with a clear label, a common CoQ10 amount and a long refund window.
It has not earned the word works, because that word needs a trial of the capsule. It has also not earned the word useless. The honest middle is modest and unproven.
If you try it, set a 90-day check, keep a log and involve your doctor. If you take warfarin, insulin, blood pressure medicine or a statin, ask first. Cardio Clear 7 is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is.
